Refund Policy:

We understand that there are a lot of extenuating circumstances surrounding an in-person event in 2021. Therefore in the unfortunate event that we have to cancel Dot All 2021 we will refund everyone the full ticket price immediately.

If you purchased a ticket and you have an unforeseen health-related circumstance that will keep you from attending the event, you will be able to receive a refund. Please email leah@craftcms.com with any questions.

What health measures will be in place for Dot All 2021?

While we don’t yet know what regulations will be in place for live events in late September, we are actively monitoring the guidance being provided by the Dutch Health Ministry and local government.

In an effort to ensure everyone’s safety at the event we are requiring all attendees to provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test within 48 hours of the event. At this time masks will be optional, but this could change.

We are working closely with the venue and will do everything possible to ensure we are complying with all advised health and safety measures.
